It is a private non-profit institution created to identify different types of difficulties in the learning of children and adolescents, through psych pedagogical programs promoting the complete development of the personality


Since 1994, CEMVA has been supporting the development of the district of Villa Armonía in the north of Sucre. The aim of CEMVA, in cooperation with the Bolivian School Board, is to promote the education of children, adolescents and adults.


The orphanage was founded in 1997 by the Sisters of St. Antonio of Padua; motivate by the love of God and latent needs of currently suffers the country, especially children which required home and family.
